You are hereby instructed to take note of the following important instructions and comply accordingly regarding the Industry-Led Minor/Honours Program.

1. GTU Admin Portal Registration and Mapping

As per GTU Circular No. 1115 dated 13-02-2026, all registered students must ensure their subject mapping and registration on the GTU Admin Portal. This must be facilitated through your respective Institute Head of Department (HOD) or GTU Coordinator.

• Timeline: 16 February 2026 to 27 February 2026
• Action Required: Contact your HOD or GTU Coordinator immediately to complete the process.

2. Mandatory Mapping Requirement

Please note that only students mapped on the GTU Admin Portal by their institute will be officially recognized for the Industry-Led Minor/Honours Program. Failure to complete this process may result in exclusion from the program.

3. Compliance with GTU and Industry Guidelines

Students must adhere to all guidelines issued under Circular No. 267 and Circular No. 1115, including:

Timely completion of all academic and examination requirements.

Completion of onboarding on the industry partner platform.

Active participation in the course.

Note: This is an urgent and mandatory requirement. Ensure your mapping is finalized within the prescribed timeline to secure your enrollment.
