Welcome to CIPETHUB (cipethub.in). Since we provide digital educational resources that are delivered instantly upon purchase, we have a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Nature of Digital Goods
By purchasing any notes, Previous Year Question papers (PYQs), or premium content from cipethub.in, you acknowledge that:
- Digital products are “consumed” the moment they are downloaded or viewed.
- Once access is granted, the “product” cannot be returned in the traditional sense.
- As a general rule, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions (When You ARE Eligible for a Refund)
We strive for 100% student satisfaction. You may request a refund under the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: if you were charged twice for the same item due to a technical glitch.
- Technical Failure: If you paid successfully but the system failed to provide access to the file/content within 24 hours, and our technical team cannot resolve the issue.
- Major Description Error: If the content delivered is completely different from what was described (e.g., you bought Semester 4 notes but received Semester 1 notes).
3. Refund Process
To request a refund for any of the valid reasons above:
- Email us: Send an email to [email protected] within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Provide Proof: Include your Order ID, the Transaction Reference Number (from PhonePe/GPay), and a screenshot of the issue.
- Verification: Our team will verify the claim. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment source.
- Timeline: As per RBI guidelines, approved refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 working days.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Instant Downloads: Orders for downloadable PDFs or notes cannot be cancelled once the payment is confirmed.
- Events/Workshops: For events like the “IPL Auction,” cancellations made 48 hours before the event start time may be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for “no-shows” or last-minute cancellations.
